Tripel Cork

We take our Tripel in Stillwater, which is a Belgian-style tripel – brewed with bitter orange peels and coriander – and then age it in Cabernet wine barrels for one year. Though this is a big beer that weighs in at 11% ABV, it is balanced by the hints of spice you get from the orange peels, coriander, hops, and red wine barrel characteristics.
