This Leipzig-style Gose is loaded with peaches from Honey Rock Landing in Dominguez Canyon on the Gunnison River, which lend a layer of fruity goodness to this tart and citrusy sour ale. It's balanced by the spicy character of coriander and mineral mouthfeel from Himalayan salt. This beer is the perfect pairing for warmer weather (or any time it's around!).
