Sleeper Pow Day

This imperial version of our Ski-in-Ski Stout is a collaboration with our friend Robbie of Four Dogs Fine Wine and Spirits in Basalt, who provided the inspiration and the Woody Creek Bourbon barrels that we aged the beer in for 10 months. Finished with 20lbs of Rock Canyon's "Protect our Winters" Dark Roast, this mega-stout is all Colorado Mountains! (We also added TCHO cocoa nibs because they're delicious.) Hope you get a sip before everyone wakes up and sees the snow reports! ​
