Tripel Cork

We take our Belgian tripel, Tripel in Stllwater, and turn it up a notch (or THREE) by aging it in cabernet barrels for one year. This is a big beer, weighing in at 11% ABV, but is balanced by hints of spice from the bitter orange peels, coriander, noble hops, and red wine barrels. As with all of our barrel0aged creations, once we pull it from the barrels we blend i some fresh Tripel to round out and brighten up the flavors. Then, we turn it upside down three times and throw it off a ski jump, just for good measure.

11% ABV
