Great American Beer Festival has Arrived!
Calling all beer geeks! Tomorrow marks the 2021 Great American Beer Festival competition awards ceremony, and it’s streaming LIVE from 5-6:30pm MDT. If you’ve ever wanted to be a part of the action, but haven’t been able to make the trek to Denver, this is your chance to follow the latest and greatest beers in the country.
Telluride Brewing Co has submitted some of our favorites to participate in the competition, and we look forward to cheering on those beers (as well as those of friends and other Colorado Breweries) as we go for GOLD! For those of you wanting to join in on the fun, swing by your favorite place to buy beer in Colorado, our Lawson Hill Taproom, or our Mountain Village Brewpub to sample them on your own.
Here are our beers competing in this year’s festivities:
Mexican Lager - Try this beer with some Los Buenos tacos or carnitas at home!
Mountain Beer - Drink this German Style Kölsch with pizza or a salad! It’s light finish pairs great with bread-heavy meals and veggies!
Face Down Brown - We love this beer with pork, beef, and cheese - YUM!
Galloping Juice #9 - Pair this citrus rich beer with fish tacos or ceviche and enjoy!
Tripel Show - Cheese! Bust out the fondue pot or a charcuterie board and dig in, alongside this Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Belgian Tripel.
We hope you can join in on the fun! Follow us on social media, too, as we’ll do a live stream of our team’s reactions if any of these tasty beers medal in this year’s competition!
Thank you for the support, friends.
Cheers!
Following the awards from home still feels like part of the festival. Pixel Dungeon Online kept me company during the stream.
Watching the awards from home is a nice alternative to the Denver trip. I have been passing the time with Pixel Dungeon Online while the stream is on.
Great to see Colorado craft breweries being celebrated at GABF. When winding down after a tasting, I like playing a relaxing simulation like Dressmaker Game.
Congrats on the GABF entries! While streaming the awards and cheering for great brews, check out Destroy Any Website for some fun stickman browser gaming with friends.
Such an exciting celebration for the Great American Beer Festival! While tuning into great events online or relaxing during downtime, I often play games on Deltarune Fight Simulator to pass the time. Wishing the entire brewing team the best of luck with the competition entries!
