Calling all beer geeks! Tomorrow marks the 2021 Great American Beer Festival competition awards ceremony, and it’s streaming LIVE from 5-6:30pm MDT. If you’ve ever wanted to be a part of the action, but haven’t been able to make the trek to Denver, this is your chance to follow the latest and greatest beers in the country.
Telluride Brewing Co has submitted some of our favorites to participate in the competition, and we look forward to cheering on those beers (as well as those of friends and other Colorado Breweries) as we go for GOLD! For those of you wanting to join in on the fun, swing by your favorite place to buy beer in Colorado, our Lawson Hill Taproom, or our Mountain Village Brewpub to sample them on your own.
Here are our beers competing in this year’s festivities:
Mexican Lager - Try this beer with some Los Buenos tacos or carnitas at home!
Mountain Beer - Drink this German Style Kölsch with pizza or a salad! It’s light finish pairs great with bread-heavy meals and veggies!
Face Down Brown - We love this beer with pork, beef, and cheese - YUM!
Galloping Juice #9 - Pair this citrus rich beer with fish tacos or ceviche and enjoy!
Tripel Show - Cheese! Bust out the fondue pot or a charcuterie board and dig in, alongside this Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Belgian Tripel.
